How to cancel a reservation;
You may cancel a reservation by using the contact form or by sending an email to info@724transfer.com with the following information: Transfer number, customer name, e-mail address and phone number.

For emergencies use the numbers on Contact Form.

If the transfer is cancelled 72 hours or more prior  to the transfer time, there will be no cancellation fee.
If the transfer is cancelled within 72 hours prior to the transfer time, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.

* Any costs incurred in making the refund will be paid by the customer.

Changes can be made only 48 hours prior to the reservation time by notifying info@724Transfer.COM  with the changes. No Changes will be accepted prior to 48 hours of the transfer time.
